Intel’s W series processors correspond to the Workstation series. The earliest W-1xxx series Xeon processors were released in 2020 Q2.
You will find that the W series processor come with requisite cores and base frequencies to support Windows 11. Therefore, W series Xeon processors are compatible with Windows 11.

For the record, on a current date, Intel Xeon W series processors are available in the W-2500 and W-3500 series. These series processors are fully compatible with Windows 11.
