Fenix 7 Battery drain after firmware update

Garmin Fenix 7 users have reported battery drain issue after updating firmware on the watch to the latest version 9.36. The battery worked fine with firmware 9.33.

Fenix 7 Firmware or system software 9.36 was released on 23rd September 2022. Prior to the system software version 9.36, the battery worked fine with firmware version 9.33.
